Well, Dolly Parton was the mentor and provided the songs for tonight’s American Idol show. Here’s a recap. Fun fact: Dolly Parton can make music using her acrylic nails.
While the songs weren’t horrible, I can’t say I had a favorite. I guess Ramiele get’s the boot tomorrow night.
Who else is watching American Idol tonight? Gazillions of people, I guess. Since it’s down to the final 12, I wonder if the judges will change their tunes a little bit more. At the moment, Randy is “keeping it real, man”, Paula is the Pollyanna, and Simon Cowell is being witty and mean, except when he “just loved it”, spoken in that British accent of his, which makes it sound even better.
Anyway, it’s a bit of a shame that Danny Noriega got kicked off so soon, because he sure was entertaining. That’s not to say that he should have won, of course.
